Good mix. Substitute powdered sugar for granulated sugar at a rate of 1-3/4 cups per cup of granulated sugar. 10 cups for a 20 quart freezer. We use 5 cans of Eagle Brand condensed milk rather than 2. It reduces the amount of ice crystals in the ice cream. The recipe on the package can leave the taste a little grainy so powdered sugar and extra butterfat solves the problem. Nice and creamy now. Tom is a wealth of knowledge on recipes.

Ordered 3 20 Qt  pack of Amish Ice Cream Mix. Received the package in 2 days, was quite surprised.  Great Ice cream, went head to head with a recipe that was all fresh ingredients and no one could tell the difference.
