You will need to add the following to make a 10% butterfat ice cream

1 (8.4 oz) pkg. ice cream mix
1-3/4 cup white sugar (powdered sugar works great)
3 quarts Whole Milk
1-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
